Biography
Ms Xoliswa Mpongoshe is a legal and compliance guru. Her career legal prowess span over three decades in the field of corporate law, commercial, corporate governance, compliance and SHEQ.
Over this period, she held executive positions at various blue-chip companies in SA as well as in strategic State-Owned Companies. Prior her secondment as the Executive: Legal and Compliance at SANPC, she was an executive at PetroSA responsible for corporate services.
She currently serves as a non-executive director at Daniel (PTY) Limited and a trustee at Khazimla Education Trust and is the current Chairperson of Council of the University of the Western Cape.
She holds a Diploma in law and B Proc degree from the University of the Western Cape, Certificate in compliance from University of Cape Town and Certificate in Risk Management from Euromoney London
