CORPORATE SOCIAL INVESTMENT
As a responsible and caring corporate citizen, SANPC is committed to making a meaningful and measurable social impact in South Africa, particularly within the disadvantaged communities in which we operate.
Our Corporate Social Investment (CSI) strategy is anchored in empowerment, sustainable development, and long-term community resilience. Through focused, coherent, and impact-driven programmes, SANPC seeks to create shared value for communities and the environment.
We invest responsibly and strategically in initiatives that are governed by clear, transparent criteria and aligned with recognised principles of sound corporate governance.

Education is a cornerstone of sustainable socio-economic development. SANPC prioritises strengthening foundational and secondary education systems by improving access to quality learning resources, enhancing infrastructure, and building institutional capacity. - Energy-saving projects
- Community communication campaigns and advisory support
Implement projects aligned with SANPC’s Production Rights obligations, as outlined in approved Social and Labour Plans (SLPs)

Access to quality healthcare is fundamental to community wellbeing and social stability. SANPC supports initiatives that strengthen healthcare delivery systems and expand access to essential medical services, particularly within underserved and disadvantaged communities.

Provide support to organisations and projects administering treatment for terminal and chronic illnesses, including:
- Hospitals
