Biography
Mr. Sam Moleko has more than 16 years of solid experience as a corporate, business, and commercial legal practitioner. His specialization covers areas such as construction, health care consumer, mining, local, provincial, and national public sector.
Since joining private practice, he was given accolades as a Public Private Partnership advisor, particularly in the health sector, which earned global recognition with key clients as far as the United Kingdom.
He is an active non-executive director at: Central University of Technology, National Radioactive Waste Disposal Institute, Free State Rental Housing Tribunal, Siyandisa Trust, G4S Secure Solutions and Edulife NPC.
He currently serves as a Managing Director of the 11 July (Pty) Ltd as its founder. He is also a partner at Phatshoane Henney Inc.
He holds an LLB from the University of Free State
