How to apply
Three steps — download, complete, email.

  1. Download the application form. Click the button below to save the Word document to your computer or phone.

  2. Complete every section — organisation details, contact details, banking details, project needs, and the certification and declaration at the end. Please type your answers directly into the document rather than printing and rescanning it, so it stays easy to read.

  3. Email the completed form to csi@sa-npc.co.za, with your supporting documents attached to the same email (see the list below). Please use your organisation's name in the email subject line.

  • Registration Certificate (NPO / NPC / school registration document)
  • Section 18A tax exemption & PBO registration (SARS-issued documents)
  • Full project proposal
  • Comprehensive budget breakdown
  • DBE letter of support (education programmes)
  • Municipality letter of support (environmental & energy poverty programmes)
  • Valid B-BBEE certificate
  • Bank confirmation letter
  • Certified ID copies of all directors / trustees
