Johannesburg – The Central Energy Fund (CEF) will on the 14
th of May 2025 hand over the leased assets
and funds to operationalise South African National Petroleum Company (SANPC). The CEF Group
Chairperson, Ms. Ayanda Noah, supported by the Chairperson of legacy entities, Ms. Unathi Figlan, CEF
Group Acting CEO, Dr Tshepo Mokoka and Legacy CEO, Ms. Sesakho Magadla, will officiate the handover
ceremony. The SANPC will be represented by its Chairperson, Mr. Sipho Mkhize, and the CEO, Mr. Godfrey
Moagi.
